Moishe Berger was born in New York on March 28, 1910. Irene Sadowski was born in New York on November 26, 1904. They were married ____________________(?) They moved to Mobile in 19___(?).

Moishe and Irene had no children.

Moishe was engaged in the real estate business in Mobile. He also served on the Mobile County Personnel Board for several years. He was also a very active Shriner, working actively with the Shriner's crippled children efforts. He became widely known as "Dr. Sunshine" for his involvement with the children.

Moishe was an active member of Ahavas Chesed Congregation in Mobile and served as chairman of the Cemetery Committee for a number of years. He was especially proud of the improvements made to the cemetery and the condition in which it was maintained.

Irene was a long-time employee of Metzgers Clothing Store in Mobile.

Irene died August 21, 1991, in Mobile, Alabama. Moishe died June 9, 1993, at the Jewish Home in Jacksonville, Florida. Both are buried at the Ahavas Chesed Cemetery in Mobile, Alabama.
