Marsha Claire Kapiloff was born in Atlanta, Georgia, on August 22, 1959. She is single and has no children.

Marsha graduated from Griffin High School in 1977. She received a BA in Chemistry from Randolph-Macon Women's College (Lynchburg, VA) in 1981. She received a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Georgia (Athens) in 1984.

Marsha currently lives in Macon, Georgia, where, since 1984, she has been a pharmacist for Kroger.
